REACH CYA’s Child Care Programs are licensed by NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS)
Programs are held in each elementary school for students in Kindergarten-Grade 5.

*** In order to start the REACH CYA Child Care Program the first week of school, you must register by, July 27, 2026.
ADDITIONAL CHILD CARE REGISTRATION DEADLINES (space permitting)
Registrations received 7/28/26 to 8/7/26 can start week of 9/7/26 – space permitting.
Registrations received 8/8/26 to 8/17/26 can start week of 9/14/26 – space permitting.
Registrations received 8/18/26 to 9/2/26 can start week of 9/21/26 – space permitting.
Registrations received 9/3/26 to 9/16/26 can start week of 9/28/26 – space permitting
Registrations received 9/17/26 to 9/30/26 can start week of 10/5/26 – space permitting.
Starting 10/1/26 registrations received during the school year must be received by Wednesday at 12pm Noon to start the following Monday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Half Hollow Hills UNIVERSAL PRE K PROGRAM
Universal Pre-Kindergarten Application:
The Half Hollow Hills Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program is for children 4 years old by December 31, 2026 and not Kindergarten eligible.
