We hope this finds you and your family well.THIS IS A REMINDER TO COMPLETE STUDENT REGISTRATION:
If you have not yet done so, (this text is being sent to every family) please complete the HHH Student Registration as soon as possible.Please note: Student Registration is a 14 page packet, not to be confused with the one page application that you already submitted.Class placements and Session Assignments of registered students will begin June 29th, 2020 and is first-come, first served. Space is limited to 180 students.

Since you have already completed the one-page UPK Application, there is no need to re-submit it. Please continue to the registration packet.

After completing the packet in its entirety, please *scan:

  • The Completed Registration Packet and
  • Photo Identification, Proof of Residency Documents & Documents for Child (listed on front page of Registration Packet)

If for any reason you have decided 100% that you WILL NOT be registering for the HHH UPK Program (ex. lack of transportation, needing a full day program)

Is Student Registration the same as the Application I already sent in?
No. Student Registration is a 14 page packet that requires several personal documents (see above).

My child’s physical is scheduled over the summer, do I have to submit it at the time of Student Registration?       
No. Your child’s physical can be submitted separately before the start of school.

Will the district notify me that they received my online Student Registration?   
No. You will only be contacted if there is missing information. If you would like to confirm that it was received or have other registration questions, contact Dave Spera at 631-592-3077

Should I send my documents to this email?

How do I know which class or session my child is in?

REACH CYA will contact all families who have completed Student Registration in mid-July. At that time you will receive information regarding placement, session, and instructions to complete our online enrollment packet that asks for additional information about your child.
