IMPORTANT REMINDER REGARDING AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS AND ARRIVING LATE AT REACH’S AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE PROGRAM:

YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL DOES NOT INFORM REACH CYA OF ANY SCHEDULE CHANGES​​​

YOU NEED TO INFORM THE REACH CYA OFFICE IF YOUR CHILD WILL BE ATTENDING AN AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB OR ACTIVITY

AND WILL BE ARRIVING LATE TO REACH’S AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE PROGRAM

YOU CAN DO THIS IN 1 OF 3 WAYS:

► Log onto our website at www.reachcya.org and input all the days your child will be arriving late into our online Daily Schedule Changes Form.

► Log onto our website at www.reachcya.org and input a range of dates your child will be arriving late into our Permanent Schedule Change Form. (You will need to remember to reverse this permanent schedule change once your child’s after school club/activity has ended and your child will be arriving at REACH’s After School Child Program at dismissal).

► You can call the REACH CYA office at 631-549-9417 before 12pm, on each day your child will be arriving late to our After School Child Care program. ***Office staff are not permitted to take a verbal list of dates or date range of children’s after school clubs and late arrivals.
