Face Mask Policy in NYS School Aged Child Care Programs

NYS Child Care Regulations still currently state that Face Masks MUST be worn by children and adults in all NYS Child Care programs.

We have been notified that NYS OCFS (Office of Children and Family Services) is reviewing their regulations and if anything changes you will be informed.
