The 2-1-1 Long Island call center is a free and confidential helpline that easily links people to the services they need. People can call about everything from basic needs like food, clothing and shelter to volunteer opportunities, legal services, drug treatment, employment support, childcare, eldercare and more.
2-1-1 Long Island is accessible by dialing 2-1-1 or outside Nassau and Suffolk Counties by calling 1-888-774-7633.
The 211 Long Island Call Center will now be available Monday to Friday 8 am to 1 pm. It will be available for nighttime callers from 10 pm to 8 am daily.
