Reminder: Transportation is not provided!
Drop off: 10:00am, Pick up: 12:30pm at Otsego Park, Commack Road, Dix Hills.
Note: Please use the Commack Road entrance located 1.5 miles south of the LIE.
Meet at the white REACH CYA van for a Health Check-In (no-contact temperature reading and short health questionnaire).
Please Do not leave your child until Health Check-in is complete!
If anyone shows signs of COVID-19 symptoms during the course of the trip they will be isolated from the group and parent will be called to pick up their child.
What to bring:
Face mask, for times when safe distancing cannot be maintained.
Sneakers for sports related activities
Snacks & water will be provided.
Also: Please don’t forget to reply to this message with your child’s Youth or Adult t-shirt size (for tie-dyeing activity)
